You guarantee that all the information you provide on our site is accurate, no cheat and falsity to jobseekers, without any misleading and exaggeration, nor breaching any law or the rights of any person. You are responsible for checking ad copy for corrections and providing prompt written notice of errors or changes prior to the closing deadline.

In order to protect the privacy of jobseekers, you agree the information you collect on our web is only for your recruiting propose. You also agree not to distribute, disclose, transfer or copy any information/ content, in whole or in part, to other career sites or the third party, nor use the data to organize events or to send unsolicited offers by phone, fax, post or email. We may terminate your account membership if you have breached these terms of agreement or is unable to verify or authenticate the truth and you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

Our service is mainly in providing you the platform of job postings, jobseekers' resume database. We are not responsible for the accuracy and the quality of the information jobseekers provided on this site. We don't guarantee that you will get the matched candidates, nor receive a certain amounts of resumes. You are responsible for the decision of hiring people and dealing with any arguments between you and candidates during and/ or after the period of job posting.

All pricing reflects a one-time payment, which can be paid via credit card. Postings must be used within one month of contract purchase date and cannot be carried over nor combined with other packages. Any postings not used within one month timeframe will be forfeited and no refunds.

We preserve the right to revise this agreement or any other policy at any time. Such revision shall be effective upon posting. You agree to review this agreement periodically to be aware of such revisions.

Charges for changes from original layout and copy will be based on current composition rate. Proper notification will be given of any rate change.
